I was brought up in Kingston upon Thames Surrey and was challenged with the question, 'Have you been born again?' in an Elim Pentecostal Church and subsequently became a Christian in 1966.
I was led by God into ministry first as a Community worker at Victoria Methodist Church in Central London and then as a Lay Worker at Trinity Methodist Church Chelmsford.
I trained at Queens College from 1980-1983. At Queens I was involved in making a link with a Theological Seminary in Leipzig East Germany. This was the start of ministering across international borders. I served in Milton Keynes, Birmingham Elmdon, Leamington Spa and in Rugby and Daventry, I served as Superintendent.
Whilst in Acocks Green Birmingham in 1994, I received a clear call to a ministry of reconciliation in Croatia. Since then I have worked with people to live in a reconciling way in Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Touch of Hope programme. I also trained as a mediator and work with Mediation and Community Support in Coventry delivering mediation and training. Please contact me about training possibilities.
The photo shows me driving a London Routemaster bus. I work with Workcare in Coventry as a chaplain to National Express Buses in Coventry, which I love!
I am married to Ann who supports my ministry and have 3 sons and 3 grandchildren.
