Circuit Meeting Secretary

I grew up in a Methodist family in Hereford. I am married to David and when we moved to Coventry with our three children in 1975 we joined Earlsdon Methodist Church where we have worshipped ever since. I am currently the Pastoral Secretary. In my working life I was a social worker and, later, a teacher.

It has been a privilege to work in the Circuit in recent years as a Circuit Steward, Chair of the Invitation Committee and now as the Circuit Meeting Secretary.

As well as being involved in church activities I have always believed it is important as a Christian to be involved in the wider community with people outside the church. As a family we fostered babies and toddlers for the City Council for five years. I continue to work as a volunteer with a variety of organisations which offer care and support to others.
