Bahamas visit for Grayce

Hello everybody!

I am thrilled and honoured to share that I have been chosen to represent the Methodist Church in Britain in the Bahamas this July. I will be attending Encuentro, the youth gathering for the Methodist Church in the Caribbean and Americas (MCCA). I am so proud to not only be representing my church- Collycroft Methodist Church- and not only to be representing our circuit, but to be representing Methodism in Britain!

I will be spending a week alongside another young person and our chaperone, in the Bahamian sunshine hopefully! During our time there, we'll take part in worship, Bible study and workshops. As well as this, we'll head out into the community to engage with local people, churches and culture. It's going to be an amazing opportunity for me to not only grow in my faith, but share in it with other young people, just like me, from all over the world.

As I prepare for this journey, I hope to carry your prayers, support and encouragement with me. I am so grateful to be a part of my church and this circuit and I am honoured to have the opportunity to represent us. I cannot wait to tell everyone all about Methodism in Britain!
